Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between framed and frameless cabinets?
Framed cabinets include a solid wood face frame on the front of the cabinet box, offering a traditional look and added structure.
Frameless cabinets (European-style) eliminate the front frame, allowing doors to mount directly to the box for a cleaner, modern appearance and slightly more usable interior space.
Both styles are durable and high-quality — the difference is primarily aesthetic and structural design preference.
What is the Ultimate (Framed) line made of?
Our Ultimate framed cabinets feature ½” plywood box construction. Door fronts are solid wood — we do not use melamine, particle board, or MDF on framed lines.
Drawers are dovetail solid wood with soft-close, full-extension under-mount glides.
How are the cabinets packaged?
RTA (Ready-to-Assemble) cabinets are packaged flat in reinforced cardboard boxes with all parts required for assembly.
Pre-assembled cabinets are securely packaged on pallets for delivery.
What if I receive a lower quote elsewhere?
We will review competitive quotes to ensure we are comparing equivalent quality and construction. We aim to remain highly competitive while maintaining superior build standards.
Where can I see your cabinets?
We are an online-based retailer serving clients nationwide.
You can view detailed images on our product pages. After submitting a request through our Get Quote page, our team can provide additional photos, design assistance, and sample options.
If you are located in Florida, limited in-person viewing may be available in West Palm Beach by appointment.
Are the outer cabinet sides finished? And inside?
Framed RTA cabinets have finished sides matching the door color.
Framed cabinets: maple interior finish
Glass framed cabinets: interior matches door color
Are cabinet handles included?
No. Hardware such as handles and pulls are sold separately.
Can I pick up my cabinets instead of shipping?
Self pick-up is available in select cities for paid and processed orders, depending on style availability. Locations may include Texas, California, New Jersey, Illinois, Washington, Florida, and Georgia.
Pickup must be scheduled in advance.
Do you offer door samples?
Yes. Door samples are available for most styles. The sample cost is credited back once a cabinet order is placed. Sample pricing varies by style.
