What is the difference between framed and frameless cabinets?
Framed cabinets have a face frame attached to the front of the box. Frameless cabinets mount doors directly to the box, leaving the opening unobstructed by a face frame. Compare both the usable opening and the actual cabinet and drawer dimensions.
Shaker describes the door profile. Classic Shaker has wider rails and stiles, while slim Shaker uses a narrower frame. Either profile may be offered on different cabinet constructions.

What is the Ultimate (Framed) line made of?
The Ultimate framed line shown here is listed with a ½-inch plywood cabinet box, solid-wood face frames and dovetail wood drawers. Its drawer hardware includes soft-close, full-extension undermount glides.
Specifications can differ between Ultimate, Charm and slim Shaker collections. Review the door material, center-panel construction, box thickness and hardware for the selected style in your estimate.
How do stock, special-order and RTA options differ?
Stock describes availability. A stocked finish still needs to be checked against your cabinet sizes, quantities and accessories. We confirm the complete cabinet list before giving an order schedule.
Special order describes production. A finish, size or component that is made to order may need additional production time. A mixed order can depend on its slowest item.
RTA describes assembly. Ready-to-assemble cabinets ship flat-packed. Ask about pre-assembly if you want assembled boxes, and confirm the assembly charge, freight and delivery scope in the estimate. RTA and assembled orders can have different preparation schedules.
What if I receive a lower quote elsewhere?
Send the competing cabinet list so we can compare the same sizes, box construction, door finish and drawer hardware. Check that both estimates include equivalent fillers, side panels, accessories, assembly, tax and freight. These details can materially change the total.

Self pick-up is available in select cities for paid and processed orders, depending on style availability. Locations may include Texas, California, New Jersey, Illinois, Washington, Florida, and Georgia.
Pickup must be scheduled in advance.
Do you offer door samples?
Yes. Door samples are available for most styles. The sample cost is credited back once a cabinet order is placed. Sample pricing varies by style.
