We ship cabinets, closets, and related products across the United States using trusted freight carriers.
Fast Nationwide Shipping
Order Processing
Most in-stock cabinet orders are delivered within 2–4 weeks, depending on your location, product availability, and order size.
- Standard processing: 7–20 business days.
- Expedited processing (optional): 4–7 business days for in-stock products
- Rush fee: $150 – $490 depending on order size
- Once processing is complete, the order is released to the freight carrier.
Transit & Delivery
After your order leaves the warehouse, shipping typically takes:
Transit time
- 3–10 business days depending on location
- Delivery is usually curbside freight delivery.
- Important notes: The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.
- The customer is responsible for unloading the shipment unless liftgate service is requested.
- Liftgate service is available for $50–$100 if needed.
Assembled Cabinet Shipping
If you choose pre-assembled cabinets, shipping requirements change.
Important notes:
- Assembly adds 5–10 business days to processing time
- Assembly cost is typically 15% of the cabinet order value
- Shipping cost is typically 10–20% of the order value
- Assembled cabinets ship on pallets
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs depend on: order weight / delivery distance / freight carrier rates
Typical shipping fees for RTA cabinet orders:
- $150 – $390 flat-rate shipping
- We offer FREE shipping on orders from $2,500 and up.
Delivery Requirements
- Delivery is available Monday–Friday only
- Someone must be present to receive the shipment
- Missed deliveries may result in additional freight charges
- Large cabinet shipments may arrive on pallets
Shipping Delays
Important notes:
- Weather events, freight congestion, and seasonal demand may impact delivery times.
- Because shipments travel across multiple regions, delays can occasionally occur.
- We recommend planning your project with extra lead time, especially during holidays.
International & Island Shipping
We currently ship directly within the continental United States.
For international or island delivery:
- We can ship to a US-based freight forwarder
- The customer must arrange international shipping separately
- Once the shipment is received by the forwarding company, delivery is considered completed.
- Any damage claims must be reported within 3 days of receipt by the forwarding company.

Our Policy
Delivery Inspection & Damage Reporting
Freight damage is rare but can occur.
If your shipment arrives damaged:
Inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery
Take photos of the damage
Include photos showing the box label and packaging
Report the damage before assembly
Replacement parts are typically shipped:
1 week for in-stock items
2–4 weeks for special order parts
Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
